Self-Management Collection: Super Powers & Super Tools

The Bx Self-Management Super Power Bundle is designed to help neurodivergent youth visualize and harness their superpowers, enabling them to better navigate social expectations and demands. Bx resources are specifically tailored to provide a systematic approach to teaching neurodivergent youth the skills needed for successful social interactions and understanding social rules. In this bundle, learners will explore:

• Super Powers: Action, words, sight, and listening.

• Super Tools: Managing thoughts and emotions, impulse control, evaluating problems, feelings, and actions, body scanning, and creating action paths.

• Understand the difference between managed responsive and explosive reactions!

Additionally, the Bx app provides interactive and engaging skills practice. Learners will enjoy short animated videos, real-world scenarios, earning points, and designing their avatars, while educators and caregivers will appreciate the progress tracking and built-in data collection feature for easy progress reporting.
